Well I came here to renew my DOT medical card because I saw all the positive reviews they have and let me tell you they did not disappoint. From the front desk to the doctor they are very professional and courteous and the entire process was positive. If you need to renew your medical card I strongly recommend you come here. I went there got my DOT physical this week and was very happy with how I was treated. The office staff and the doctor made me feel very comfortable which was important for my blood pressure to be stable in order to pass. I will definitely be going back when my certification expires.

Great experience as far as the services provided. No complaints about staff or chiropractor—they are kind and friendly. Note: as far as the membership is concerned, if you end your monthly membership before the month is up, you don’t get to use the credits you have already paid for. Meaning that the session that are paid for at the beginning of the month but you do not get to use if you stop the membership and have unused credits within the month already paid. A shame, but not a problem if you know beforehand.

Came here for a DOT physical today 9/12/23 and they were very nice and I was in and out in a little less than a hour. Dr.Oliver was very professional and understanding. I recommend this place 10/10. Great prices as well. Cheapest place for a DOT physical!!!

Located right behind the Texas roadhouse past mesa, this little clinic offers a lot. Aside of being a chiropractor, the doctor and staff were very amazing even as I walked in. I went in for my DOT physical Sign in was super easy, no wait time, quick, painless and even got some tips to help with my health. Best of all, the price!! 65 dollars for a physical which to me, is beyond awesome. In and out less than a hour, will definitely be going back for more than my physicals!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent service, fast and he fixed the problem in 1 session. Once in 3 years my alignment goes out, fixed. . I didn't have to dish our alot of money. I can afford 60.

I visit this place to renew my medical card for my CDL license. I did my online booking appointment to make the process more efficient. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. $75.00 for medical card if you pay cash $70.00. You can request to get your medical card laminated for $5.00 They are very professional straight to the point to get you in and out. I would say they totally understand that you're to take care of Business and to get you out quickly because they know your time is valuable. This place is right next to Texas roadhouse easy Access to the i 10. I would definitely be back in a couple years to renew it all over again.

Dr. Servin can't be beat!! He is literally the best! So very understanding and helpful.!! I've been coming here for years and will not go anywhere else! Hands down the best ! All the staff are very polite,friendly and helpful..! I see him again today and have no doubts it will be another wonderful experience!
